Selected Publications

Advanced Technologies Center was founded September, 12 1990 in the Central region of Moscow, USSR. Its activity - development and production of scanning probe microscopes. Till now we work successfully in the area of nanotechnology.

•  1990
  The first scanning tunneling microscope - Scan - was produced.
•  1991
  The first scientific publication, participation in International Conferences (Italy, Switzerland, USA).
•  1993
  The 30-th Scan microscope is sold.
  The development of new FemtoScan atomic force and scanning tunneling microscopes is started.
•  1994
  We have win the support of International Science (Soros) Foundation.
•  1995.
  Our work is supported by the grant of German Ministry of Science and Technology.
•  1997
  FemtoScan microscope is put into life April, 29.
  We have issued the first Russian books on scanning probe microscopy.
•  1998
  The sales of FemtoScan image processing and analysis software are started.
•  1999
  FemtoScan-001 microscopes are supplied to the institutes of Belarus Republic.
  The first public demonstration of the FemtoScan microscope operation via Internet.
•  2000
  FemtoScan microscope is working in Bionanoscopy Centre of Russian Foundation for Basic Research.
•  2001
  FemtoScan Internet-Laboratory on nanoscopy is created.
  Electronic version of practical manual on probe microscopy is published.
•  2002
  We have won the grant of the INTAS competition in the nanotechnology area.
  FemtoScan software is used in universities and research centers in Russia, USA, Great Britain, Germany, France, Japan, South Korea, Finland and Clovakia.
  We have started the development of Open Experimental Laboratory Practical Studies on nanoscopy at the Department of Chemistry of Lomonosov Moscow State University.

  We have win the support of Fund for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises.
  FemtoScan practical studies on nanoscopy are started February, 18
•  2018
  December 16 - Eight FemtoScan multifunctional scanning probe microscopes are installed in Quantorium, Korolev city, Moscow Region
•  2019
  March 06 - Six FemtoScan multifunctional microscopes are installed in Skolkovo, Quantorium. Three more microscopes are now in Kemerovo, Saint-Petesburg and Nijnii Novgorod!
