Integration of Auxiliary Devices with FemtoScan SPM

FemtoScan Online software can acquire information from different sources besides SPM. This are:

• RS-232 devices (can be synchronized with SPM data acquisition)
• Scanners
• Video cameras
• Digital cameras

SPM can be combined with any RS-232 compatible device to obtain additional data during surface scanning.

Data collected synchronously with ordinary SPM data and recorded into the SPM image file.
