The MFM-image, received using magnetic cantilever

The sample is a recording magnetic tape.
Phase images are corresponded to magnetic image of the sample. One of them was recorded over 50 nm from the sample surface (one can find more features), other - over 100 nm.
Before working with magnetic mode you need to magnetized the tip (just put it on the current magnet) during 1-2 hours.

The price of magnetic cantilevers is 30$ per one cantilever, plus shipment and customs taxes.
