Server to client, set password ahentification seed.

In responce to SPM_CLNT_CLIENT_CONNECT server can request a password authentification. This seed string should be concatenated with password's MD5 hash (in ASCII hexadecimal form), and MD5 hash of resulting string (in ASCII hexadecimal form) should be sent back to compare with servers's value for the same expression.
